The Asphalt Tango Records release "Sounds from a Bygone Age Vol. 5", feat. GABI LUNCA has been nominated in the 2008 fRoots Critics Poll as one of the Reissue, Compilation & Historic Albums Of The Year!

This year's winners will be revealed exclusively by BBC Radio 3 in a special edition of World On 3 broadcast on Friday 5th December, hosted by worldmusic guru Charlie Gillett.

New CD release: Balkan Routes vol. 1

Out now: The CD "Balkan Routes Vol. 01: Nikola Tesla", is a collection of 15 songs with a contemporary Balkan sound. It is actually the first in a series of CDs, each dedicated to a prominent Balkan personality who exceeded the frontiers of his country and reached excellence through his work for the benefit of humanity.
This first volume of the series is dedicated to the Serb Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) who was truly the Prometheus of electricity.
